When your tailstock on your cnc lathe is not in use, pop this cpvc plug into the taper and protect it from chips, coolant and debris. This will ensure when you are ready to use a live center it's just as clean as you left it. Simple installtion just press in by hand, to remove spin the head and pull. If installed to firmly you might have to pry on with a screw driver to release, it does seat to the taper very well. (Tailstock Pictured For Reference only)
