Our custom plastic fabrication processes include assembly, heat bending, solvent bonding, flame polishing, edge polishing, steel and brass riveting, eyeleting, and CNC routering. Airmate Company also houses its own complete print shop for silkscreening of fabricated displays, literature holders, signage, etc. Examples of fabricated components are acrylic displays, literature holders, sneeze guards, art easels, shoulder and knee calipers, polycarbonate machine guards and covers, etc.
From prototyping to full production runs, no project is too large or too small.
