Carol Schreder
President/CEO
Carol earned her BS degree in Marketing and Management from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She joined the buyers’ program of The May Company in Cleveland (Federated Department Stores) after graduation. Ms. Schreder then worked in sales for the food division of Lever Brothers (Unilever) until she joined the family manufacturing business in 1985. At Airmate Company she has worked in nearly all sales, marketing and management capacities becoming president and buying out family shareholders in 1999. Carol is a Trustee for the Bryan Area Foundation and Vice President of the Bryan Area Chamber of Commerce. She has two grown children, enjoys traveling and gardening and is an avid reader.

Neil Oberlin
Vice President Business Development
Neil began his multifaceted career working along side his parents, brothers and sister in the family food processing business. Neil managed many aspects of the family business. In 1988 Neil joined the Airmate team as the plant manager and has been involved in all aspects of the business, from developing new processes and products to building and modifying equipment and ensuring top production quality and customer service. Neil has two grown children he is very proud of and gets a big smile when he mentions their names. Neil likes to keep busy, as he is a classically trained woodworker and vending machine businessman extraordinaire!

Ben Bucklew
Controller
Ben graduated from Adrian College with a BS degree in Accounting. Ben is currently working on his Master’s degree at Indiana Wesleyan University with a completion date of Fall 2010. Ben has 10 years manufacturing accounting experience in automotive, and industrial manufacturing fields. Ben joined Airmate Company in the fall of 2008 and is leading the accounting department into the future.

Denise Smith
Customer Service Representative
Denise Smith joined the Airmate Team in April of 2007. Denise is Airmate’s New Business Development representative. She has more than 22 years of experience in customer service, office management, and inside and outside sales. Denise is responsible for servicing new and existing customers’ accounts, as well as supporting the sales team.
